If you need to return an item you purchased from www.hopperapparel.com:
- If you would like to return your item, email email@example.com with your order number, receipt, and reason for return.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- All claims MUST be received within 14 days of receipt of order.
- All sale/clearance items are final - No refunds.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Hopper will not accept items that have been washed or worn, or that smell of detergent, cologne, smoke, or have stains, holes or other blemishes, etc.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure quality and fit. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for instructions.
Due to the limited quantity of each item, Hopper Apparel Co. cannot provide refunds. We provide credit codes for any returned items.

All orders are processed within one business day of being received. Shipping time and costs will be estimated once your item(s) leave the warehouse. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods within US. International and APO delivery times may vary, and we provide no guarantee of delivery times. We currently only sell items that are in stock, and will notify you of any unusual circumstances that may delay delivery of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation (along with tracking information, where applicable) via the email address you provide in your account at the time your purchase leaves the warehouse. International shipping costs do not include any duty, taxes, brokerage or other fees that may apply.
While the Hopper team makes every effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. We cannot ship to a PO box. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your items begin the shipment process (1:00 AM EST each day after you order), address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that reevolve° is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact the carrier you selected during checkout to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to make alternate arrangements on your behalf. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
If your item was not delivered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will launch an investigation. Please note that tracking packages outside of the US may take up to 60 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF US)
Hopper Apparel Co. offers International shipping on a best efforts basis - there are many unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. Even perfectly documented shipments can be returned to the warehouse with no reasons indicated. We cannot refund an international shipment that was lost or returned on the spot. We will do our absolute best to investigate - through the courier you chose - where your item is. Please understand that these investigations can take UP TO 60 DAYS. We cannot refund you before this date, as your item may be delivered within this time frame. We recommend that all international shipments be tracked and insured.
